did you ever get around to writing about this? I have been searching for a traditional millet beer recipe. I would love to learn about it.

Sorry, no! I think a lot is to do with the primer. A cake of rice flour and different herbs to ‘attract’ the right wild yeast. Will ask around and see if anyone in Kathmandu knows more.
